Sonoran Evening

Inspired by the trails near an old friend's home in Phoenix, Arizona. While walking these trails with them, they explained to me that the saguaro cactus can live up to 175 years, and it's actually illegal to cut down or destroy these statuesque cacti. Having not spent much time in the desert before, I never realized just how much color there actually was there. I look forward to painting its landscape again.
