Jaco Beach

It's no secret that I have a fondness for lifeguard towers and animals within landscapes. The juxtaposition of vibrant manufactured colors against natural settings never fails to catch my eye. Thus it's no surprise that this particular scene seized my interest: a vivid yellow and red lifeguard tower standing tall accompanied by a playful dog that moved around as if it ruled the beach. This charming sight unfolded during my visit to Jaco Beach in the lush landscapes of Costa Rica on a typical humid tropical day.
