Hibiscus Hill

Numerous breathtaking locations on Kauai are accessible only by foot air or boat. This specific scene unfolded while on horseback. Accompanied by my youngest daughter we embarked on a hours-long horseback ride through the storied Maha'ulepu region. The journey exposed us to diverse scenery and terrain with this coastal vista leaving me in awe. To infuse even more Hawaiian essence I included the iconic hibiscus flower in the painting lending a vibrant pop of color.
