Across this footbridge is the entrance to the beach where I spent most of my childhood summers. It was a quiet spot, my escape to enjoy the surf and sun. If I wasn't home, you could bet I was at Cassidy Street Beach. This piece was painted on a hot July day during the Oceanside Museum Plein Air Festival.
